  • American Life in Poetry “is a free weekly column for newspapers and online publications featuring a poem by a contemporary American poet and a brief introduction to the poem by Ted Kooser. The sole mission of this project is to promote poetry, and we believe we can add value for newspaper and online readers by doing so.”
  • The Antigonish Review “is a quarterly literary journal published by  Francis Xavier University. The Review features poetry, fiction, reviews and critical articles from all parts of Canada, the US and overseas, using original graphics to enliven the format.”

  • Blackbird “a joint venture of the Department of English at Virginia Commonwealth University and New Virginia Review,” is an online journal of literature and the arts, including poetry, fiction, non-fiction, a gallery, and features.
  • The Blue Moon Review “(founded as The Blue Penny Quarterly) has been published continuously since early 1994, making it one of the oldest living literary magazines online. In fact, rumor has it we were the first online literary magazine in the world, and while we think that’s true we could be wrong.”
  • Council of Literary Presses and Magazines “serves one of the most active segments of American arts and culture: the independent publishers of exceptional fiction, poetry and prose.
